Peanut Butter Sundaes recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar.
½ cup of water.
½ cup of creamy peanut butter.
Vanilla ice cream.
Salted peanuts, optional.
Preparation Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water.
Bring to a boil, then boil for 1 minute or until the sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat, then stir in the peanut butter.
In a blender, blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
Allow to cool slightly, then pour over ice cream.
Sprinkle with the salted peanuts (optional).
Serve.
