Maple Nut Sundaes recipe
Ingredients:
½ cup of brown sugar, firmly packed.
1/3 cups of maple syrup.
2 tablespoons of water.
2 tablespoons of pecans, finely chopped.
1 tablespoon of butter.
2 teaspoons of maple flavor.
2 cups of frozen non-fat vanilla yogurt.
Preparation Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, maple syrup and water.
Bring to a boil over high heat, then boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat, then stir in the chopped pecans, butter and maple flavor.
Spoon the frozen yogurt into 4 dessert dishes.
Spoon the sauce over the frozen yogurt.
Serve.
